  • Tracey is a very thoughtful massage therapist who thinks through every facet of the experience. Not only does she ensure that you get the targeted relief you are looking for, she also makes the space so incredibly respectful and comforting. I really enjoyed the extra mile of pampering. I can't recommend Tracey more if you are in need of massage.

  • Not only does Tracey provide an amazing pampering massage but she is very knowledgeable about the human muscular system. She has taught me a lot about proper posture and this has corrected my chronic neck and shoulder pain. ***** 5 stars. She is magic.

  • Tracey's ability to customize a massage session to make it exactly what you need is unmatched. She takes the time to understand how she can best help each person individually. Massage benefits are medical game changers:

  • It feels fantastic and there are only a few medical conditions prevent it or require modifications—ask me!

  • Massage helps reduce the ill effects of a forced sedentary lifestyle by encouraging blood flow to your muscles and joints that you may no longer be able to reach yourself if injured or in a wheelchair. I can reach them for you! Slow massage induces deep relaxation, which has the wonderful benefit of releasing tightly held muscles that you may not know you are tensing.

  • Wear and tear on joints is called arthritis. It’s painful and stops us from doing activities that we love. A warm soothing massage can bring new life to achy hands so they feel light and nimble again. Stiff joints and tight or weak muscles affect our balance. Signs of aging frailty are improved with massage. When we feel less stiff we stay more active like we used to.

  • Compassionate touch is soothing, calming, and all humans need it for so many mental and physical reasons. We can go from peaceful to alert in minutes depending on the massage. When a partner leaves us, we often lose our only caring touch so we feel so isolated and alone. When we hurt, the first thing we do is, “rub it” to make it feel better, right? Touch is a staple of life and just as important to infants as elderly.

  • Increasing awareness of sensations again in your body for better balance, mobility, and less chance of falling.

  • When you feel at ease, your stress level decreases and your cortisol production is lowered so you feel safe to slow down by matching my massage speed.

  • Circulation can flow when muscle fibers are not held tightly so the body doesn’t have to work as hard to get blood, nutrients, and oxygen into all your nooks and crannies.

  • It speeds up the removal of toxins to boost your immune system to help you mend wounds, fight off illness, viruses, and colds. Recover faster from other medical ailments. Massage pumps and flushes away cellular debris that vigorous movement normally does when your mobility has slowed down.

  • Heal faster with massage when recuperating as it brings key nutrients and oxygen to speed up healing times. It reduces swelling by encouraging lymph and blood to not pool in place.

  • Sleep like an angel after massage. A body that feels less pain and more peace is able to get quicker, deeper, longer restful sleep, too. For some, it can help with annoying restless leg syndrome.
